Blueprint for Growth Mentor Program

Our mentoring program is part of Sunovion’s continued commitment to supporting career development. A group of motivated and engaged mentees is selected each year. They each work with a volunteer mentor from within the company who serves as a “development partner,” as well as with their manager, to help the mentee:

  • Build targeted competencies necessary for the employee’s current role and possible desired roles, to achieve progress on one’s Professional Growth Plan
  • Enhance his or her level of career agility
  • Increase cross-functional knowledge and perspective about the company and industry
  • Expand their professional network within Sunovion

Corporate Leadership Rotation

This 18–24 month program is a developmental opportunity in which the selected individual gains exposure to various Sunovion businesses and functions. The Corporate Leadership Rotation provides the individual with in-depth experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training across a range of business areas within a company.

Field to Corporate Rotation

This 3–6 month program is a developmental opportunity, which facilitates high performing Sales Representatives and Regional Business Managers to gain “hands-on” experience in the design, development and execution of training within the Commercial Training & Development department.

Global Assignment
